My career as a startup operator and executive, combined with my master's in counseling psychology and years of practice as a therapist, gives me context to support the extreme challenges founders face.

After working as a therapist, I spent a decade in tech, where my experience spans from early startups to the C-suite, including serving as SVP at Etsy, where I led all the global teams who supported Etsy's millions of seller entrepreneurs. I was in leadership at Etsy from startup days, through the IPO and beyond.

For the last nine years, I've been coaching startup founders. I work with a limited number of clients at a given time. My work is hands-on and intensive and tailored to their individual needs. I strive to be the warm yet tough voice of truth that founders need in order to reach their potential and build world changing products and companies.
